I started playing brass (mainly trumpet) when I was nine
and grew up playing, recording and touring with many
various Orchestras, Wind & Jazz bands.
I now play most brass instruments to performance standard and have
been recognized and awarded for my brass teaching ability.
While attending Cowes High School on the Isle Of Wight I achieved an A* for my GCSE Music Composition, scoring 100%.
My main instrument is the electric bass guitar. I studied at ‘BassTech’ obtaining a diploma in ‘Performance popular Music,’ as an award winning student.
I have been playing bass professionally since, for various artists under various circumstances. With the helpful guidance of PJ Phillips who himself is a wonderful international session bass player, I have been fortunate enough to work with many great artists and session musicians.
Through my various projects I have received positive media support and have gained full endorsement from Warwick Bass Guitars & Amplifiers.
I am extremely pleased to add that I am now holding down the low end duties for my favourite band in this strange world, the
- ‘Ozric Tentacles’.
